Hi Will. Welcome to the forum.
1. The short answer is "yes". You need to activate the Developer tabs in Outlook. If you search the help it will tell you how to do this. 2. Again "yes". On the right side of the <New> button there's a downward pointing triangle. Click on this and select <Choose Form>. The drop down list can be used to locate forms and templates you have created. 3. Business Contact Manager is a whole other ball game. It's certainly worth investigating but I'm unsure how flexible it is. I haven't tried to customise any of it except the reports. |
