![]() Hi maybe someone can help me here: I need my outlook emails (Outlook 2010) sorted by "From" and also grouped/collapsed alphabetically. So I should see the alphabet A-Z, clicking A should show me emails from everyone with names starting with A. clicking B should show me emails from everyone with names starting from B. I know this is possible but they have hidden the setting really well. Anyone remember how to do it? Thanks in advance |

First, you will have to make sure your able to view these emails by "From". If you can see them then simply right clicking that bar > Arranged By > Select from..then you can see everythingalphabetically by sender name.
If you do not have from listed, Right-click the bar and choose View Settings. Select Columns > Under select available columns from > Choose All mail fields. Locate From and add it to the active Column list. Hope this helps. |
