Group email alphabetically

Hi maybe someone can help me here:

I need my outlook emails (Outlook 2010) sorted by "From" and also grouped/collapsed alphabetically. So I should see the alphabet A-Z, clicking A should show me emails from everyone with names starting with A. clicking B should show me emails from everyone with names starting from B.

I know this is possible but they have hidden the setting really well. Anyone remember how to do it?

First, you will have to make sure your able to view these emails by "From". If you can see them then simply right clicking that bar > Arranged By > Select from..then you can see everythingalphabetically by sender name.

If you do not have from listed, Right-click the bar and choose View Settings. Select Columns > Under select available columns from > Choose All mail fields. Locate From and add it to the active Column list.
