anyone have this problem.... its giving me a right head ache

this message is in a grey box, under the senders e mail address and above my email address.
if i shut outlook and restart it, the message dissapears but comes back to haunt me after 10-15 mins

Are you using CA Anti-Spam? Try upgrade it.

Ah ha... now there is a thought... this only happened when i upgraded (renewed) my CA pack. CA online help said it was nothing to do with their software.... i guess it is then. Do you know of a fix ?

Are you running the latest version of CA anti-spam, if not, try to upgrade first, then restart your computer. If it still exists, I would disable the software or remove it to see if it's really the source of the weird problem.

the version i am running is anti spam 7.0.040
i have it disabled at the moment and all is well !!!
so much for CA tech help !!!!
