My OP is Windows 7 Home and I use Outlook 2007 for my emails through Frontier. Is there a way to get my emails on my iPad 2?

Are you on an Exchange Server? Or do you have a pop/imap account? You would need to contact Frontier to get the correct settings to set this up.
