Hello all,
New and hoping to get some answers on a PST issue. Just recently had to reload my computer. Have done this in the past with no worries until yesterday. Re-Load went perfect, except for loading my pst file back to outlook. The PST file that I was using earlier that morning is now saying that it is unrecognizable. Any reason for this? Any fixes? Here are some of the things I have done to try and read/fix it: opened scanpst.exe and still not recognizable, also tried loading it to other computers with different outlook versions but still unrecognizable. Has anyone ever had this happen and does it sound like it is repairable? I have over a years worth of messages and no way to open the file. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. JD |
