Hello guys,
I got a question I can't figure out in outlook '07

I have an event set in the alarm, that has start date jan-02-12 and the end date is july-01-2012.
I want an alarm or reminder to pop 30 days before the end date.
Right now if I put the alarm in any time it seems to be working before the start date, but I wan't to know before it finish.



Anybody knows how to do this?

Not sure about Outlook 2007 but outlook 2010 only allows up to 2 weeks prior to end date. Not even sure if this can be customized. Anyone else have used this feature in such a way?

I played around with it for some time but couldn't find the answer.
I wasn't even able to set the alarm 2 weeks before the end like you say, it always pick the start date to set the alarm.

I ended up not setting the event duration to 6 months, but just one day 30 days before the end date I had before.
