You can change it to sort inbox by "Send From". This should get you the list view you require.
If you right click the "arranged by", select 'View Settings' , Columns , you can change the 'Select avaialble colums from' to show all mail fields. Choose "Send From", after an outlook restart it showed me the Email address of the person who sent the message. Hope this helps. |

SpiderTech,
Thanks for the help. That sounds like what I want. I have Outlook 2007 & do not have that as a field option, but I did try it on a Outlook 2010 that we have in the office. Unfortunately, though it does have the option , like you describe, when I add it, restart OUtlook & try to sort by that field I get an error message that it could not sort because the criteria was too complex or data was missing. I'll see if I can find another machine to try it on. Could anyone else w/Outlook 2010 try SpiderTech's solution & let me know the results? Thanks Andy |
