Default Import holidays without "location" info

Two questions: 1. My holidays only go to the end of 2012. I need to import holidays for the next few years. AND... 2. I don't want the words "United States" to appear in the location field because it also shows up in my monthly view. How can I do this? (Please include instructions, I have Outlook 2003.) THANKS!!!
