hi all on here, i am asking a question for my work really but anyway, one of the managment here retired a couple weeks back, and the new guy deleted his old e-mail account, i have all the details and server info, but it still wont work, helpp??

Did they back up his email at all before removal? If not, you may not be able to recover it unless your company has some sort of retention policy where they can recover deleted accounts.
I am assuming this is on an Exchange Server, correct? |
