Default Network template

Hi

First a couple of apologies, if necessary, this is my first post (due to total frustration caused by our out sourced IT support provider) and I did a quick search but could not find the answer.

I have created a simple outlook template form that I want everyone in the firm to use, and our IT supplier says that it will be too costly and completed in time and effort to arrange for it to be accessed via the normal new items/more Items/choose forms/ etc on a network server (I assume they mean server based!)

No one in the firm has access to the organizational forms library – where I believe the template needs to reside for it to be available to everyone.

I was wondering how difficult it is to do this and is there a simple way of setting it up – other than putting a shortcut on everyone’s desktop to a work document in a generally directory accessible to all.
Thanks
