Outlook 2010 not displaying reminders

Hi

Recently, we did a server upgrade from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011. Now, within Outlook 2010 my reminders are not showing up. I have tried three different machines & all do not show my reminders.

Any suggestions on what i can do? I have checked the obvious answer to make sure they are turned on within Outlook which they are.

Please could somebody help me. I turned 'Cached exchange mode' on & reminders are displaying as they should now, but i want this off.
