Hi,
Try this:

1. In your new message, click on the Message tab on the Ribbon.
2. Click on the Center button in the Basic Text group.
3. Click on the Insert tab on the Ribbon.
4. Click on the Picture button in the Illustrations group.
5. Navigate to your image and insert it.
