I'm not sure how to resolve your issue. However, with the Excahnge service that provides e-mail hosting for my organization, they provide you with the server addresses for AutoDiscover. You will in turn then configure a Cname to point your domain to this server address for AutoDiscover.

have you attempted to contact your service provider so they can assist you in setting this up?
