or they usually on business sites when there's a price-list of services. there is a "?" or "what is this?"-buttons. when you click - a text with description of a service appears in that place. while the whole page expands.

Oh, I see. The best solution I could suggest for that would be to put your additional content on another page (or even on the same page in some other location) and create a hyperlink from the source location. Otherwise there really isn't any good way to "hide" text within a page like that.
