Onenote error that I am not connected

Error message:

You no longer have permission to access this notebook. We'll sync again if permissions are restored. (Error code: 0xE0190193 520ym)

I am listed as the owner of the notebook.

For no reason whatsoever. It had just notified me that I did not have permission.
Guess it lost its mind for a short time.
