When I attempt to start onenote 2016 I get a dialog box suggesting I start normally delete cache or delete setting. I have tried all the above, but nothing seems to work. Please advise. Thank you

My last update Far Microsoft Office 2016 is security update KB4464551. KB4462238 is not listed in my update history.

Only other suggestion I have is to backup your OneNote documents and then uninstall, reboot, and re-install.
