I have One Note 2016 When I create a new notebook 50% of the time I will get a red x by the notebook when I click on the red x I get this error message "We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE0190190)" I am not the brightest bulb in the pack when it comes to computers/software so I am sure I am doing simple that causes this error.


The path I take to create a new notebook is
> on FILE
>on NEW.... the "OneDrive -Personal jazzhso@hotmail.com is highlighted, OneDrive-Personal... Notebook Name: I enter Diabetes as my book name.
> Create Notebook, pop up comes up saying " Your notebook has been created. Would you like to share to share it with other people " I select " Not now" option. The notebook goes to the bottom of the notebook list it tries to sync for a couple seconds then the red x appears. 50% of the time when I create a new notebook everything works fine and it syncs with the cloud. The other 50% I get a red x this is starting to become frustrating. I altered the Book name to read Diabetes Info and it worked and synced just fine, I erased this book name and tried again just Diabetes, got the red X, I closed this book and tried Diabetes Info again it worked, what does one note not like the book name Diabetes ? can some help me
