Hi everyone,

I have a shared Onenote notebook that my team uses. We have one section of the notebook password protected. One member of my team is unable to access the protected section. Each time he tries it gives him the error message that the password is incorrect. I have tried resetting the password and removing the share notebook from his Onenote and reopening it with no change. I am not too familiar with how Onenote stores passwords or how it is checking what a user enters versus what the password is, but it seems like it is breaking somewhere in that part. Any help is greatly appreciated!
