Hi,
Easiest way is to copy the notenote notebooks directory from the user that's leaving to the directory of the user who is joining the company. You can find the directory here: C:\Users\username\Documents\OneNote Notebooks where username is the name of the old user. |

Hi,
This can not be done from the Online version. I'd say open the online version on a client and copy the contents from there to a 'new' version or 'move the content' to another already created notebook. After that put it back online. |

When I use Excel online it allows me the option to open Excel on my desktop.
How come this option is not on OneNote? |

My guess would be that you are using the OneNote App and that doesn't allow to open a OneNote client. Did you download OneNote seperately from Office because if you did then you have the App. If you use the 'regular' OneNote from the Office Suit you might be able to open it in the client.
