Hi Corrie
It may be a good idea to delete Office 2010 and re-install (only if you have the original software CD before you do it though). Deleting Office 2010 will NOT delete any of your data files. The only thing you will lose is any changes you have made to the Normal.dot template. Good luck. Tony
