Hello,
I've done a lot of Googling on this subject, and nobody seems to have a good answer on this. Long story short, I moved some files from C:\ to an E:\ drive I got recently, and then I started getting an Windows Installer for MS Small Business 2003...when I try to let the installer finish what it is doing, it tells me to insert my CD. I don't have a CD, this computer came from Dell with Office 03 already on it... So then it tells me to find the source, and when it says "MS Office 2003" and I hit "Okay", it tells me it cannot find this file. This appears to be a common enough problem, but I don't seen any recent solutions that can help me. Is there anything I can do to get this installer to leave me alone? Office 03 programs seem to otherwise run fine without it...but it is really irritating! Thank you. EDIT: I moved the files back from E to C, and the error still persists. In case anyone thinks that is the solution! |
