Default Inserting new appointment.

Hi all. I am after some info and hope someone here can help. We use office to track regular daily collections for our trucks. When we add a new regularly occuring appointment into the middle of an existing list of appointments it throws all the following entries out of whack. Is there any way of adding a new appointment and have all the following entries adjust their times as well automatically or do i have to manually adjust every entry after? Hope this makes sense. Thanks.
