I used to create newsletters on my pc at my old job just using Word. This pc I'm using now, windows xp, word 2003, doesn't have any clipart loaded and I don't see how it would let me create a watermark. Does anyone know why? Or how I can enable that? Thank you. (I hope that made some sense..) |
