I would suggest you review my "Uninstall" segment in the file listed as my signature "Troubleshooting"
I would not mix two Offices, because this is NOT a good idea (example: mixing two different security suites) -- When I upgrade Office, I first do a total uninstall of the previous Office Using the Official Window's Uninstaller leaves traces of the program in the Registry, such as settings If you do this, post what happens, then we can move to another level, unless someone else provides you an instant solution now I cannot see how a security program would affect previous workable files on your system
