I have attached a form with check boxes and I want other people who have the form to be able to click in the box that applies.
Any help would be great. Thanks Kat |

Hi jellyrolls,
You need to add text formfields to all the areas where the user can input text, then protect the document for forms. Where you have portions for text input, you might want to use table cells with a fixed size to indicate a limit the amount of text that should be input and to preserve the document formatting.

Ok will that allow them to be able to check the boxes or do that have to use that goofy box that comes up and then pick checked box because that is not very user friendly. I understand about the text stuff that I have not even dealt with because I am trying to figure out the check boxes.

Hi jellyrolls,
Using text formfields doesn't have anything to do with pop-ups of any kind - they're simply fields into which you can type text. Also, instead of using checkboxes for multiple-choice questions (which opens up the possibility of more than one option being checked when only one should be), dropdown formfields would probably be a better choice.

Hi jellyrolls,
See attached re-worked version of your form, using dropdowns & text formfields
