Hi all,

Basically my ceo seems to think the ONLY way to send a .doc file through email is to Open the .doc| File | and use the send to recipient as attachment instead of just opening up his outlook and attaching it OR just right click on it the CLOSED .doc and send from there also.

Well it seems the ONLY way he likes to do it isn't working (yes the other ways work fine...he's just stubborn and likes his way..go figure)

anyway..I tested it and nothing happens when using the send as attachment from word directly...basically as soon as you hit attach no new mail outlook window pops up or anything (BTW we are using 2003 outlook and Office on XP)

I tried it on my laptop and it worked fine. The other two ways (attach in outlook mail and also just right click on CLOSED document work fine) .....it's only when he OPENS the word document...goes to file and tries to send from there....nothing happens.
