It suggests a possible reason that you added a new user, then used a wrong disk. Did you install Excel use the disk before? The installed Excel and your installation disk may not be the same version, which is the most common reason for this kind of errors. |

Hi, Thank you for a quick response. Regarding your questions--- Yes,I did see the article. It doesn't help me, because my version is 2002 not 2003. Also, I did the EXCEL install via the same install CD, so there shouldn't be any mismatch.
Hope there is another answer(s). BTW, I came across this potential problem. If and when I do get the file, does nyone konw where that file is to be copied to? |
