Can you send a new message or reply to a message? Are you using a free Hotmail/MSN account?

Oh yeah. I am using both Incredimail for mail and Outlook for my PDA and I can send and receive mail on both accounts. I recently received a message to "updat Outlook" which I did but now I can't send pictures from My Pictures on XP. Think you can help? Outlook came with my computer....can I still uninstall and re-install (that is how I usually fix my problems.....)
