Free upgrade from Office 2007 to 2010--what happened?
When I upgraded to Win7 I was unable to reload the excellent Office 2003. I bought Office 2007 in March 2010, with the widely publicized offer of a free replacement with Office 2010. It is now almost 11 months since then and I have seen absolutely no information anywhere about how to get my free copy of Office 2010. How do I get this free copy?
