Weird display issue in Office programs

Hi,

One of our users has a weird display issue with his Office 2007 programs. Here's a screenshot from Outlook -

It looks like it's installed on Windows 3.1 with a classic view, but it's XP. It worked fine - normal display with gradients, etc.) until today when he started it up.

He got some message about an Nvidia problem. However, everything else appears normally, and it's set for 32bit color. I'm not sure why only Office is affected.
