I have a big problem which takes me all day long to fix it. So far the Microsoft Support Bots can't help either.

My problem:

I have a MS Office Pro License 2021 - bought it last year. Activation was no problem. This year my notebook crashed, I got a new one. With support from Microsoft we could transfer de license to this new one (therefore I got a User-ID)

So far so good. Today I had troubles with MS Word (couldnt change layout, MS crashed) - so I reinstalled it.

The problem: Now MS Office thinks (After installation) I am an entrepreneur (see my screenshots attached). So the Activation code is of course not working anymore.

I dont know what to do, I already checked my settings it is a privat account.

Maybe someone can help me, I dont know anymore what to do.

When you did the re-install, did you follow these instructions?
Reactivate Microsoft 365 or Office - Microsoft Support

Doesn't look like the screen shot made it thru. Could you try again, or give us the exact text of the error message please.
