I have a really strange issue. I have a Win 2k3 server running Citrix and Terminal Services. It's running Office 2007, fully patched up. On this server, if a user tries to display the Developer tab by checking the "Show the Developer tab in the Ribbon" checkbox and clicks ok, nothing happens. The Developer tab doesn't appear. This applies whether the user is an admin, a non-admin, is logged in via Citrix or an RDP connection. I haven't the faintest idea what could be causing this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Incidentally, I have a test 2K3 server which is running Office 2007, with the same group policies applied and it's able to add the Developer tab.
