Unable to install Microsoft Office 2021 desktop version on a Windows 11 PC

Hi - Unable to install Microsoft Office 2021 Professional (desktop version), on my MS Windows 11, unlike using the same installation IMG file on my MS Windows 10, the same image file keeps installing Office 365 which I don't want. I know the reason isn't the image file, it's Windows 11, which keeps insisting on me having 365, not the desktop version. I already tried uninstalling and installing it 5 times to no avail.

Your insights would be appreciated.

Have you used Microsoft's tool (SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) to uninstall all your current Office installations ? You can find it here at Option #2: LINK
