I have a non subscription Home & Student Version of Office 2016 and just had to wipe the computer clean. When I go to the Microsoft site to download, it takes my product key and says it is already loaded. The only options are subscriptions. Is there a way to download? I also notice that my MS account shows that I have two computers running Windows yet I only have one. It looks like after wiping clean the computer has a new name. Is there a way to contact MS to get this fixed. |
