I believe the usual abbreviation for 'Microsoft' is MS and that is why MSFT confused me.
On another tack - You don't buy MS 365 outright. It is a monthly subscription model. See Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans (Formerly Office 365) – Microsoft Store . It may well have been already installed on the computer but it will not have been activated until you set up a direct debit payment system and started to use it after that point. To cancel the subscription see Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iuh_7t8N7cU . This means that you did not pay for it and so there is no money to be refunded. Hope this helps. Last edited by wiganken; 04-22-2022 at 11:27 PM. |
