Working offline when internet is down

Thanks for your reply, an I was aware Office 2021 is different to Office 365.

However, there was not an option that I could see to set to Office 365, so I chose Office 2021 as the best option.
Perhaps the administrators will address this - unless I missed the option somewhere.
