This doesn't answer your question but you should clarify the following confusion to allow others to help you: -
You state 'Office 365' but your profile shows 'Office 2021'. These are different animals. See What'''s the difference between Microsoft 365 and Office 2021? 'Office 2021' is a one-time purchase whereas 'Office 365' is a subscription service. Good luck.
