I thought Click-2-Run was only for beta version, but it must have been for the trial too. I wish I knew for sure what to tell you. It seems that the recommendations vary from downloading the trial version as it may have been interrupted, to using tools to uninstall Click-2-Go, and/or deleting the contents of the Q: drive. http://www.bing.com/search?q=click-2...ox&FORM=IE8SRC
As you can see, it seems this was a problem for the beta. Aside from that, it doesn't seem to be a common issue. Did you get a CD too?
