Windows 10 Home: Administrative Services
Menu/Windows Administrative Tools/Component Services/Services Local
For each Service-Name. In the right hand side of window , Service-Name/More Actions/Properties , inside of the dialog window, menu/Log on, Is this where a person needs to actually log in to admin and enable check boxes. I am new to Microsoft. Thank you
