How to clean instal office 2019?

Hi,

i have UNINSTALLED old 2010 office... then i installed 2019 office and now that piece of .... has recovered somehow all my emails! WHY.

Ive deleted manualy all files it has left in appdata/local/microsoft/outlook/ and still ALL broken email has been restored... i am literaly furious.

How can i solve this issue, i wanted clean instal, but it doesnt give me any option to choose if i want clean or not.
Or where can i find folder with settings for outlook so i can delete it manualy - because it always gets back all email somehow.
