Hi all,
I didn't find a thread for this problem, but if I'm wrong please just tell me where I can find some information. I have a business account for Office 365, and I can use online tools, but I would like to install the suite on my laptops. I have Windows 7 and Windows 10, and on both systems I have the same problem. I uninstalled the previous Office version (with the help of Microsoft Tool to remove Office completely), then on my Office 365 account page I selected "Install now" --> EXE file is downloaded. Then I executed it, but I have the attached pop-up (Cattura.png file), with error code 0-1012 (0). My Internet connection is good and I have much space on the hard drive. I checked many guides on the Internet (disable antivirus, firewall, download and offline installation, etc), but nothing is working, always the same error code. Do you know which can be the problem? Thank you very much for your help. |
