Default Issue to save as pdf - Office 2016

Hello,
I've an issue saving Excel and Word files as pdf. See in attach.
In two computers it's fine but in another one not.
All are in Windows 2016 Standard Edition 10.0.14393
One fine is with Excel 2016 MSO 16.0.4266.1001

Another fine is with Excel for Office 365 MSO 16.0.11727.20222
The bad one I've tried the two releases and I've also tried Office 2019 without success.
I think there's a dll or another file missing but I can't find any clue.
Between each test I completely remove Office release and reboot. I've tried 32 and 64 bits.
Same issue with Word, the fonts are not good in pdf file.
If anyone have something to try.
Richard
