Just as I posted this, an add popped up from "The Key Factory" for Office 2016 Pro Plus for under $40. This is for a key only!! It does give instructions for downloading the software (both 32 and 64 bit versions).
this is an example of the my questions!!. Is The Key Factory offer a valid offer with a valid/real key and method of installing the software?
