Need total reinstall of Office 2016

I've not been able to update my Windows 10 for about 9-10 months. Both Dell (my computer manufacturer) and Microsoft say I need to load the operating system from scratch, which will wipe out ALL the applications on my System drive. How/where can I download the load file(s) once I have the new OS installed?
