I am desperate to verify my wife's Microsoft account so I can install a new version of Microsoft Office. We cannot locate the correct passwords for her Microsoft Account, and we cannot initiate a password change since we can't satisfy Microsoft's request for corroborating information, since we don't know previous passwords and haven't bought anything from the Microsoft store. I initiated a verification form to Microsoft, but they have not responded. It's totally aggravating, with no one to turn to or escalate, and we have only one day left before the system stops working. Any help would certainly be appreciated.
