I have just installed Office 2010 Professional, upgrade from Office 2007, with Windows Vista.
If I click on any Help icon, or press F1 I get the following messages: Configuring Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (with progress bar) This takes several minutes, then: In order to complete setup, a system reboot is necessary. Would you like to reboot now? Then: A blank box headed Excel Help, and a dialog box head Microsoft Office Help Viewer saying There are no help topics available that match your request (OK) It makes no difference if I reboot or not. I have tried a repair install of both Office 2010 and the Microsoft Office Help viewer. Both apparently ran without problems and made no difference. Any suggestions? |
