What is the difference between Word home & Word Pro Plus version? in O
What is the difference between Word home version in O-365 subscription & Word Pro Plus version in O-365 subscription?
I am not asking what is packaged with O-365, but what does Pro Plus have that Home does not have?

None - they are the same product. The differences between the installable Office editions concern what applications are included, not the applications' functionality. Only the web versions differ, by having reduced functionality. See: Office for the web service description - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Docs
