Hi,
Many thanks. But still doesn't work. Looks like Microsoft does not keep information for my Office 2016 Professional Plus. 1. For my second machine, I did remove Office 365 and successfully repair Office Home and Business, 2. For the first machine which is this one. I follow all instructions today and after repair complete, I get back to square one, my Office is NOT activate as hown on attached images and I can ONLY go back to Office Home and Business which is on another machine. How can I get my Office 2016 Professional Plus back on this machine ?
