Modified file and clicked save instead of save as. Is it possible to get back to the old file version ? If I right click on new file and look for previous versions nothing available.


Did not find previous file version looking in old restore points either.

You won't find previous versions of files in a Windows Restore Point.

If 'previous versions' returns nothing, you'll need to restore a copy from a backup.

SO IT SOUNDS LIKE i AM OUT OF LUCK AND INFO GONE FOREVER.

You might check for copies on a USB stick, in an email attachment, etc.
