I purchased the laptop online from Lenovo 10 years ago with software all pre-loaded, no discs. I'm sure the software is properly licensed. Can I make a backup from the old laptop to a flashdrive that includes the MS Office Suite, and then load to my new laptop?

I know that sounds basic to you (if even possible), but I'm not sure where best to start that process. I am using Windows 7.
